Nabil Fahmy is Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the United States of America and former Head of Egypt’s delegation to the Middle East Arms Control and Regional Security talks (ACRS). Ambassdaor Fahmy has also served on the Egyptian delegations to the First Main Committee (Disarmament and International Security) of the United Nations General Assembly and the United Nations Conference on Disarmament.
